Privacy notice

What we collect and why

• Mobile number and name: to sign you in, send one-time codes and contact you about your enquiries and tickets.
• Enquiry details (date, city, guests, budget, notes): shared only with the vendors you choose, and only if you tick the consent box on the enquiry form.
• Ticket holder name: printed on your ticket and checked at the door.
• Security logs (hashed IP, device id, sign-in events): to prevent fraud and abuse. Kept for at least one year.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We send marketing messages only if you separately agree, and you can withdraw that any time in My account.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, update or erase your data, and nominate someone to act for you. We answer within the time the law allows (at most 90 days). Write to the grievance officer below.

Children

Anant Event is for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.
